Are visitors allowed to play Royal Malta Golf Club?
Yes. We welcome visitors to play any day except for Thursday Mornings and Saturday Mornings.
What is the length of Royal Malta Golf Club?
Off the Men’s tees (yellow) the course measures 5484 yards.
Off the Ladies’ tees (red) the course measures 5103 yards.
Do you have a golf shop?
Yes we do and we have an excellent range of golf products.
Who is the Professional at The Royal Malta?
Henning Schulze-Doering. Henning was appointed as teaching professional with a German Company, based in Malta and on the expiration of his contract in 2003 joined the Royal Malta as the Golf Professional.
What is the dress code when playing Royal Malta Golf Club?
Normal golf attire is required on the course. Denim jeans are not allowed under any circumstances and Gentlemen must wear collared shirts, tailored shorts or slacks, socks and proper golf shoes with soft spikes only. The course marshal has the authority to remove people from the course that do not conform.
Headgear and golf shoes are not allowed in the bars and restaurant.
The same applies to Ladies making use of the course, but sleeveless shirts are allowed.
